Our bank administers the exit security for client, who signs contract with travel agency and deposit the security with our bank, and our bank issues exit warranty to the travel agency to provide guarantee to the client.

Safe
The security (margin) is deposited in our bank, so the safety of your money is guaranteed.
Income
You can also enjoy interest income when your money is frozen after the exit warranty is issued.
Convenient
When the exit warranty expires, the security (margin) will be settled and transferred to your Minsheng debit card, and you even need not go to our back.

Remark: if entrusting others to handle, your agent needs to present his/her and your identity.

1. Conditions required for the warrantee of exit warranty

１）Over 18-year-old, natural person with full civil capacity, with valid effective identity;

２）The one to go outside the territory of China agreed in the exit contract;

３）Agrees to open a personal security (margin) account with the handling branch, deposit 100% of security, and pay the handling fees.

2. Conditions required for the beneficiary of exit warranty

１）Must know about the agreed contents of the “Explanations on the Exit warranty Business” (see the administration method for exit warranty);

２）Accepts exit warranty.

Warranty period: the warrantee and the beneficiary agreed upon discussion, in principle, it will be 10 days after the agreed time returning to China in the exit contract. Our bank requires the period to be no less than 30 days, no more than 180 days.

Warranty handling fee: RMB 20 per warranty.

Warranty amount and currency: the warrantee and the beneficiary shall discuss and confirm the warranty amount and currency, the client needs to deposit 100% of security (margin), according to which our bank will issue the warranty.

Warranty documents: there will be a triple-style: the first part is the original provided to the beneficiary, based on which the beneficiary can perform or terminate contract, asking for re-issuance and other operations; the second part will be kept at the bank; and the third part will be kept by the client for presenting the embassy and other organizations, which cannot claim loss, or used to perform contract etc.
