Born in 1918,died in 2009.Mr. Jing Shuping is the Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank.

Mr. Jing was the Chairman of the first three sessions Board of Directors of the Bank. He was also the Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), the Vice Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a special consultant of the State Administrative Commission of Foreign Invested Enterprises and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. He used to be a general manager of the Real Estate Department and a deputy general manager of China International Trust and Investment Corporation.

Mr. Jing obtained a bachelor’s degree from St. John's University in Shanghai.

Born in 1957, Mr. Dong Wenbiao is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank. Besides, Mr. Dong is a member of the CPPCC, a deputy director of the Economic Committee of the CPPCC and a vice chairman of China Civilian Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Dong was previously the President of the Bank. Prior to joining our Company, he was the Chairman and President of Haitong Securities Co. Ltd., a director of the Bank of Communications, the managing director of the Zhengzhou Branch of the Bank of Communications and a deputy dean of Henan Institute of Financial Management. Mr. Dong holds a master’s degree in economics and is a senior economist.

Born in 1954, Mr. Zhang Hongwei is a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank. Besides, Mr. Zhang is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orient Group Industrial Inc. and Orient Group Inc.. Mr. Zhang is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jinzhou Port Co., Ltd., a director of the Board of Directors of China Minzu Securities Co., Ltd., a member of the CPPCC and a vice chairman China Civilian Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Zhang was previously a vice chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC). Mr. Zhang holds a master’s degree and is a senior economist.

Lu Zhiqiang, born in 1952, Master of Economics, researcher, now hold such posts as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of Oceanwide Group Co., Ltd., Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of China Oceanwide Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oceanwide Estate Group Co., Ltd., member of the Board of Directors of Legend Holdings Co., Ltd., member of the school management committee of Fudan University, member of the standing committee of CPPCC National Committee, and Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry& Commerce.

Born in 1951, Mr. Liu Yonghao is a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank. Besides, Mr. Liu the Chairman of the Board of Directors of New Hope Group Co., Ltd. and New Hope Investment Co., Ltd., the President of New Hope Group Co., Ltd., Chairman of Sichuan New Hope Agribusiness Co., Ltd. and Shandong Liuhe Group Co., Ltd., and the Chief Supervisor of Minsheng Life Insurance Co., Ltd.. Mr. Liu is also a member of the CPPCC, and a deputy director of the Economic Committee of the CPPCC. Mr. Liu was previously the President of China Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program and a vice chairman of the ACFIC. Mr. Liu holds a junior college diploma and is a senior engineer.

Born in 1972. Mr. Mao Xiaofeng is a Vice President and Board Secretary of the Bank. Mr. Mao has been the Board Secretary, and was previously the deputy director of the Executive Office of the Bank. Before joining the Bank, he was the assistant director of the Industry Development Center of the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Youth League, a division director, deputy division director and section chief of the General Office of the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Youth League. He used to be the assistant mayor of Zhijiang County of Huaihua City, Hunan Province, and the executive chairman of All-China Students’ Federation. Mr. Mao is a Ph.D in management and a M.P.A from Kennedy School of Harvard University.

Born in 1957, Mr. Duan Qingshang is the Chief Financial Officer, the general manager of the Human Resources Department. Mr. Duan was previously the managing director of Taiyuan Branch, the deputy managing director and the managing director of Taiyuan Sub-branch of the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Duan was the deputy division director and the division director of the Audit Division of Taiyuan Branch of the PBOC. Mr. Duan is a MBA and a certified auditor.
