Mr. Jing Shuping Honorary Chairman of the Board

Born in 1918, Mr. Jing is the Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank, and was the Chairman of the first three sessions Board of Directors of the Bank. He was a Vice Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a deputy general manager of China International Trust and Investment Corporation, a special consultant of the State Administrative Commission of Foreign Invested Enterprises and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. Mr. Jing was the Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC). Mr. Jing obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from from St. John's University in Shanghai in 1939. |

Mr. Dong Wenbiao Chairman, the Board of Directors

Born in 1957 in Henan province, Mr. Dong is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of our Company. Mr. Dong joined our Company as a Vice President at the establishment of our Company and was an executive director and President from 2000 to 2006. Mr. Dong is a member of the CPPCC. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Dong was the Chairman and President of Haitong Securities Co. Ltd., a director of the Bank of Communications, the managing director of the Zhengzhou Branch of the Bank of Communications and a deputy director of Henan Finance and Management College. Mr. Dong has over 18 years of experience in banking management and the financial and securities industries. Mr. Dong obtained a master’s degree in economics from Xiamen University in 1993 and is a senior economist. |

Mr. Zhang Hongwei Vice Chairman, the Board of Directors

Born in 1954, Mr. Zhang is a vice chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank. Mr. Zhang has been a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since April 2000. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the President of the Oriental Group Inc. and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oriental Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jinzhou Harbour (Group) Co., Ltd., a member of CPPCC, a vice chairman of ACFIC, a member of the standing committee of All-China Youth Federation and a vice chairman of Heilongjiang Federation of Industry and Commerce. Mr. Zhang obtained a master degree in economics from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1997 and is a senior economist. |

Mr. Lu Zhiqiang Vice Chairman, the Board of Directors

Born in 1952, Mr. Lu is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Before this, he had been the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board since December 2004 and a supervisor of the Bank. Mr. Lu had been a director since the establishment of the Bank until he as elected as a supervisor. Mr. Lu is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Fanhai Holding Co., Ltd., China Fanhai International Holding (Hong Kong), Guangcai Investment (Group) Company Limited, and Fanhai Construction Group Co., Ltd.. Mr. Lu is also a member of the CPPCC, a vice chairman of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Vice Chairman of the China Society for Promotion of the Worthy Cause of Guangcai Promotion Committee. Mr. Lu obtained a master’s degree in economics from Fudan University in 1995, and is a research fellow. | |

Ms. Wu Touhong Chief Financial Officer

Born in 1959, Ms. Wu is the Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. Ms. Wu joined the Bank as a deputy general manager of the Human Resources Department at the establishment of the Bank and became the CFO in October 2003. Ms. Wu is also the secretary of the Discipline Committee of the Bank. Ms. Wu was previously the head of the Disciplinary and Monitoring Department of the Bank, the director of the Propaganda Department, the director of the Executive Office, general manager of the Beijing Administrative Department (Beijing Branch), and the deputy general manager of the Human Resources Department. Prior to joining the Bank, she was a deputy general manager of the Beijing Securities Department of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Trust & Investment Company, a staff and deputy director of the Education Department of the ICBC and a cadre at the Science and Education Bureau of the PBOC. Ms. Wu graduated from Hunan Colleague of Finance and Economics in 1981 and is an economist. |

He once was the Executive President of All-China Students’ Federation, County Chief Assistant and Deputy County Committee Secretary with self-government county, Zhijiang Tong Race, HuNan Province, Section Chief of General Section with Chinese Communist Youth League Central Office, Assistant Director of Industry Development Centre with Chinese Communist Youth League Center, and Deputy Director of China Minsheng Banking Corp Ltd. Headquarter office. His present titles are the Vice President, P.R.C Commissioner and Directorate Secretary with China Mingsheng Banking Corp Ltd. | |
