4. Easy application and easy to use
The individuals and company representatives can apply for the service with their valid ID proof (ID card, Passport, Pass for HMT Residents, Certificate of Taiwan Resident, Military Official Certificate and others), the Business License (its copies) of the company and the letter of authorization.
Procedures: 1) Sign a Rent Agreement; 2) Leave your fingerprint, password and identity certification; 3) pay your rent and deposit; 4) get the key and magnet card (for automatic deposit boxes).
If the lessee wishes to appoint another person to open box or cancel the renting, he/she may come with the appointed person and apply at our bank with a written letter of appointment

At the business hours the lessee may use the boxes at any time when they have their fingerprints or password or ID verified, and will have free access to the boxes and their belongings. The user of automatic boxes can even enjoy a 24 hour free use of the boxes (application, renewal, loss reporting and cancellation shall be processed during the normal business hours at our outlets)
6. Network management to provide e-support for your moving (only available in Beijing)
You can make appointment for the boxes, change your information, report your loss, make inquires and renew your renting at any time and place through our online banking system. So long as you have opened the despite box services in Beijing, whether your are on job transfer or in relocation, you may still have your service transferred, renewed, authorized, your information updated and make queries at any of our lets, without the need to cancel and apply again, and at the same time you are still eligible to our lower rates.
 Risk Tip:
    After interim report of loss, formal loss report formalities need to be handled at our branch, otherwise after expiration of the interim report period, the loss report status will be removed automatically; after renewal if you need payment voucher, please ask for it at the business counter of our branches.
