Service instructions:
The Mobile Purse service can be registered through different ways such as SMS, telephone, K-JAVA, USSD or on-line banking. If the GoTone or M-Zone users are not the same person as the Easy-Own user the card holder and the mobile phone owner then all matters will be subject to the intentions of CMBC card holders. After signing with CMBC Online Bank the Mobile Purse Service Agreement, the service will be activated. In case the mobile phone owner has interposed an objection on the binding of his/her phone with the service, then the CMBC card holder shall be liable for any possible disputes. |

Method 1: SMS opening (7777) (Now available only in Beijing) |

1) On the mobile phone you wish to open the Mobile Purse service, text 8801 + CMBC card number (for example: 88014155990188888888) and send to 7777;
2) You will receive SMS "For your right please visit China Mobile website at www.bmcc.com.cn to view the Mobile Purse Client Agreement, if you agree, please resend this SMS to 7777 to finish the application "
3) After you have resent the message to 7777, you will receive a notifying message: "Dear customer, the Mobile Purse Service is now available for you. The initial password is ******, please keep it safe and change it as soon as possible."
4) If you haven't received the notification within half an hour, you may call 12588 for inquiries. |

Method 2: telephone opening (12588/1860) |

You may use our service numbers 12588/1860
1) You may call our 12588 service number with your mobile phone, follow the voice prompts, select "Mobile Purse Service" customization, select "customize bank" and "customize bank card number";
2) You may call 1869 with your mobile phone, follow the voice prompts to select "Service" > "Service for the mobile in use" > "Service Processing" > enter password, select "Mobile Purse Service" customization, select "customize bank" and "customize bank card number" following the prompts.
3) Wait for the notification. If the bank has approved your application you will receive the message about the successful opening of the service; or if it failed, the reasons and recommendation for other methods.

Method 4: Telebank opening |

Call 95568, press 1 to select personal services, enter CMBC card number, press 1 for account number service, press 6 for contractual service, press 3 for "Mobile Purse" service, press 1 to select open service, enter mobile phone number and press # to finish.

Method 5: USSD |
| |
Dial *188# and it will prompt "unregistered", enter 1 for Register now > Select opening bank > Enter bank card number, and finish registration. |

Method 6: K-JAVA |
| |
When the unregistered user enters the "my purse" menu and select "User Login", it will prompt "You are unregistered user please register before use"
- Download K-JAVA from http://wap.umpay.com/
- View the User Protocol at http://www.umpay.com/protocol.htm
- If you agree, select "Accept Agreement"
- Enter bank card number and become a registered Mobile Purse user
- You will receive a message notification about your successful registration with password
- Login with this password and change it soonest possible
- Delete the message from your mobile phone
- You may begin using the service
If you are already the Mobile Purse user please go to the User Service Menu to bind the service with your bank cards. |
