- Withdraw cash, enquire account balance, change passcode and transfer funds between CMBC Cards(transferring up to 100,000RMB a day, without limitations on the transfer times)for same city CMBC Card(personal card)；
- Enquire account balance and change transaction passcode for same city CMBC Card(Business Card);
- Withdraw cash, enquire account balance, change transaction passcode, and transfer funds for inter-city CMBC Card(personal card)；
- Enquire account balance and change transaction password for inter-city CMBC Card(Business card)；
- Withdraw cash and enquire account balance for inter-bank card which is the same city gold card(passcode can not be changed currently);
- Withdraw cash and enquire account balance for inter-city inter-bank card which is the nation-wide gold card(passcode can not be changed currently);
- Cash withdrawn on ATM are in 50 or 100 RMB notes；
- For a CMBC Card holder, withdrawing up to 2000 RMB per time with no more than 3 times per day, and the total withdrawal not exceeding 5000 RMB (For a inter-bank card holder, the times and amount of cash withdrawal accord with the issuing bank’s regulation).

- Insert card into the “Card inserting Slot” with the card’s front side facing up and left side going ahead
- Enter 6-digit passcode according to on-screen instructions and press enter/confirm〞to confirm.
- Select corresponding functions according to on-screen instructions, enter the amount, and then press〝enter/confirm〞to confirm.
- Get the receipt at the “Receipt Exit Slot”, take back card at the “Card inserting Slot” and extract cash at “Cash Exit Slot” after finishing the transaction.
- Please get card first, and then extract cash when withdrawing cash. If the card that is sent is not taken within 30 seconds, ATM will swallow the card.
- Cash that is sent will be swallowed by ATM if it is not taken within 30 seconds.
