2.2. Time Limit
Maximum length of maturity is not more than 10 years. Also, the length of maturity plus the borrower’s age shall not be more than 70 years as well.
2.3.Interest rates
The interest rate shall be the rate for loans of the same period and grade stipulated by the People's Bank of China
3. What needs to be done?
(1)Submit documents and an application
(2) Bank verifies the application and approves;
(3) Sign ”Personal Loan Contract” and “”Personal Mortgage Loan Contract” with the banks
(4)Transactions of insurance and housing mortgage register procedures
(5) Origination procedure
(6)Repay the loan and pay the interest in full and on schedule. in accordance with the loan contract.
(7)Pay off the load, terminate the contract, and cancel the registration
4、The application for a housing mortgage loan shall be supported by the following materials:
(1) a valid ID card;
(2) a certificate of occupation and income
(3)a certificate for borrowing Purpose
(4) a valid certificate of house property right
(5) a certificate certifying the consent to mortgage given by the person entitled to disposal (including the co-owner of property).
(6) an evaluation certificate for the mortgaged house issued by a competent Evaluation Agency approved by our bank;
(7)Other documents or materials of certification required by the lender.
