  2. Guided medical service: at part of our partner medical institutions, CMBC offers guided service to the distinguished clients like you for the entire process. You do not have to worry about getting lost inside a complex hospital, or hurrying around for various procedures, dedicated person will guide you through the whole process, assisting you to handle all formalities. What you need to do is to recover your health as soon as possible!
  3. Priority treatment: Advance booking VIP guests can be treated first to avoid your anxiety in a long queue!
  4. VIP Lounge Rest: some partner medical institutions will arrange dedicated CMBC VIP lounge so that you can wait with an easy mind. Experts’ insights – one-third of human diseases can be avoided through preventive health care, another one-third can be effectively controlled after early discovery.   4. Declare diamond card number, hospital and expert to appoint and specify appointment time and other information.
  5. VIP service professionals reply to you through telephone or text message if your booking is successful or not
  6. On the appointed day, produce VIP card at the consultation table of the appointed hospital to enjoy service.

  Medical and Health Channel Service Standard  
     
  Medical and health channel service standard is set by the local branches.  
     
     
  What to be noted for medical and health channel service  
     
 
  • Register appointment
 
   
  1. Your real name must be registered in making an appointment, which is needed in getting the appointed number and informing of treatment changes;
  2. Customer himself or herself shall be liable for failure to get the appointment number due to false name registered;
  3. VIP clients can designate expert and appointment date, but if no number is available for the designated expert or appointment date, you can make choice based on adapted arrangement of hospital, appointment is based on the actual available time of doctors;
  4. Emergency appointment is not available.
  5. Appointment scope is restricted to the existing partner medical institutions;
 
 
  • Return Number and Change Number
 
   
  1. If VIP client cannot be available for diagnosis on time due to whatever reason, he or she is supposed to return or change the appointed number; successful return will feedback the counted service times; if later than that time, success of return and change of number cannot be guaranteed;
 
 
  • Priority Treatment
 
   
  1. Medical guide informs doctor to deal with VIP client after finishing with present patient. However, in principle, it cannot be advanced earlier than the appointed time;
  2. In the following cases, VIP clients cannot enjoy preferential treatment for the moment;

    Meeting with perilous, acute and severe patients;
    Those enjoying priority in treatment as stipulated in advance by government and hospital, including disabled person;
    Other medical activities that need emergency treatment.
 
 
  • Other
 
   
  1. Medical and health channel service has no function for first aide emergency treatment, in case of emergency, please contact local emergency center immediately;
  2. To enjoy any medical and health channel service, VIP client must make an appointment through 95568 in advance. If without appointment, you visit the partner medical institution directly, CMBC cannot guarantee the availability of such service.
