·Conditions for Import Package

The importer must have credit line with CMBC or submit full amount of security, and the seller must enjoy credit line at CMBC or use warehouse warrant collateral. The goods are easy to preserve and to warehouse, not easy to decay or deteriorate, sell well in the market, price stable.

·Conditions for Export Package

Open draft before document submission or under export D/P:

The exporter enjoys integrated credit line at CMBC that has the ownership to control goods

Open draft after document submission:

L/C is real and effective, no disclaimer clauses from the opening bank

The opening bank is in a region with stable politics and economy, and loose foreign exchange control

The opening bank has good credentials, no adverse payment records

Sight L/C documents have correct amount, and incompliant documents confirmed and accepted by the opening bank

The term for usance L/C shall not exceed 180 days, and the draft must be accepted by the opening bank

·For Importer

To get bank accepted draft is equivalent to get cash.

·For seller

Get goods before paying cash, pay for goods after sold, to reduce financial costs

(II) Export Package

For Exporter

Provide full process service to exporter, pay for domestic procurement in the form of bills, get financed and saving financial costs.
