The forfeiting, also called discount of commercial acceptance bills, is a kind of commercial acceptance bill issued by customers with credit or held by customers with credit. CMBC commits to provide the discount service at agreed discount rate within the credit limit and during the credit term, namely, the commercial acceptance bill accepted or held by the acceptor or holder credited by CMBC within the credit limit will be bought out by CMBC at the determined price. It is named as a corporate currency.

1.Copies of the Business License of Enterprises as Legal Persons, Certificate of Legal Person code and recent financial statements;

2. Copy and password of the loan card;

3. Copies of the contract and invoices concerned with the bank's bill;

4. Application for discount;

5. Original of commercial bills.

1. The acceptor or holder of the commercial bill puts forward an application for the Bill buyout of commercial bill to CMBC;

2. CMBC examines the qualification and application materials of the applicant of credit granting according to relevant provisions on the credit granting business, determines the limit, term and interest rate of the buy-out, and concludes an integrated credit granting contract;

3. Conclude a bill- buyout agreement, wherein CMBC acquires corresponding authorization for direct debit;

4. The holder, within the limit of buyout, may apply for discount to CMBC with the commercial bill and documentary materials;

5. CMBC will verify the buyout qualification, limit, term, interest rate, face of the bill and documentary materials;

6. Conclude an agreement for commercial bill discount;

7. Issue discounted amount;

8. Debit the discounted amount directly to the account designated by the supplier in other place (a derivate plan).
