Our bank cooperates with embassies of some countries to submit material for eligible applicants in a convenient, quick and safe way, so that the applicant needs not to go to the embassy personally, as long as they submit the application material to the designated offices of our bank, they can apply for visa as well.
Our visa-related service covers the short-term visas including business, short-term entry (individual tourism), visiting relatives and friends etc.
The applicant for our visa-related service must have been to one or more of the following countries at least twice in the recent two years, and one must be Schengen visa.
Schengen States: Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland.
Other countries: UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada.
＊For Chinese citizens below 18 and above 60 years old, you need not satisfy the above-mentioned conditions, our bank will provide no-interview visa-related service.
Charges ：
Visa Fee
The visa fee is 60 Euros paid in RMB. When our bank receives applications from clients, we will collect RMB 700 of visa fee in advance. The actual amount of the visa fee will be subject to the formal receipt issued by the embassy. According to the receipt, our bank will return or charge the balance. If visa is denied, the visa fee will not be returned.
Handling Fee
When our bank receives application from clients of our branch, we will charge a handling fee of RMB 200/person. If visa denied, the fee will not be returned. No additional charge for supplementing materials or interview.
Postal Fee
The applicants submitting material from outside of the host cities of German embassies or consulates, additional postal fee is required.
Service Cycle:
Because the internal work cycle of German embassy/consulate is 5 working days, the applicants going to the submitting bank need 7 working days, those going to the receiving bank need 11 working days.
