Bulletin of CMBC for Changes on Online Payment

Honorable Customers,We will make the following adjustments on the online payment in order to strengthen the protection from the online payment risk.

1. The functions of “On”, “Off” and “Maximum Amount” tailored to “Minsheng Card Payment” are available on the individual online bank (including mass edition and VIP edition) of our bank from Jun. 26, 2007.

2. The customers of “Minsheng Card Payment” need to apply to open the “Minsheng Card Payment” function in our individual online bank if they want to use such function from the morning of Jul. 26, 2007.

3. During Jun. 26, 2007--Jul. 25, 2007, the functions of “On”, “Off” and “Maximum Amount” of “Minsheng Card Payment” are unavailable for use yet, and the customers still can use the “Minsheng Card Payment” function which will not be available any more for the customers who do not open the “Minsheng Card Payment” function after Jul. 26.

4. Such function can only be applied and maintained through our individual online bank (including mass edition and VIP edition). No counter service is available now.

5. The changes are only taken to the “Minsheng Card Payment”. The “Online Bank VIP Payment” remains unchanged.
