UnionPay Card Security Service Convention

China UnionPay and the card issuing banks have developed the “UnionPay card security services Convention”. CMBC as a card issuer participating into the convention will provide the following security services to the UnionPay card holders of our bank:
I. Provide 24-hour customer service telephone 95568.
  
II. Provide immediate effective service for loss claiming.
III. Provide zero-risk service for loss claiming, i.e. after card-loss claiming becomes effective, the economic loss will not be borne by the card holder.
IV. Protect the account information security of the card holders.
V. Provide common sense education on how to use the card safely and risk notice service to the card holders.
VI. In introducing new business types, provide the card holders with related risk control and security notice service.
VII. Deal with card holders’complaints in time and provide solution or feedback.
