CMBC Honored as “Best E-banking” and “E-finance Brand Favored by Minsheng U Pay Users”

Recently, the awards ceremony of the 2nd Annual Conference of China E-Finance Development and 1st China E-finance “Golden Cup Prize” organized jointly by the E-finance Committee of China E-Commerce Association and China Payment System Research Center was held in Beijing, where CMBC, thanks to its superior E-banking products and top-notch E-banking services, won many honors, such as the “Best E-banking” and “E-finance Brand Favored by Minsheng U Pay Users”.
Focusing on “Encouraging Innovation, Promoting Development and Building up Brands”, this “Golden Cup Prize” carried out a survey on the customer satisfaction of large E-finance and payment enterprises to encourage enterprises, institutions, individuals, local government and regional financial center making notable contributions to the progress of China’s E-finance cause. Leaders from China E-Commerce Association, the People’s Bank of China, the Ministry of Commerce and China Insurance Regulatory Commission, such as the former vice chairman of NPC Cheng Siwei and the president of the Finance Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Council Xia Bin, were present at the awards ceremony.
CMBC won many prizes like the “Best E-banking” at the appraisal activity, which were the unanimous acknowledgement of competent national authority, the academia and customers to CMBC E-banking and fully reflecting the outstanding performance of CMBC in the development of E-banking service.
With a view to “building a top-notch E-banking”, the development goal of CMBC E-banking, CMBC has implemented the service concept of “Customer First” all the time, and enhanced product R&D, perfected the E-banking products, strengthened business development and improved the E-banking security by thinking in customers’ perspective, and provided sound and efficient E-banking service to customers. The E-banking services launched vigorously, such as the Internet banking, bank slip, fund direct selling platform, and e-banking point system, have perfected the functions of e-banking products remarkably, and satisfied the diversified needs of customers effectively. The launch of Minsheng e-Tone online customer service system changes the passive E-banking service to active ones, and helps it become the most powerful customer service system in the banking industry, and won the extensive recognition and unanimous praise of the society. With regard to the security concerned most by customers, CMBC this year has taken many measures to build a safe and reliable E-banking system, such as launching the personal E-banking U Pay, adjusting the E-banking transfer and online payment limit, engaging third party evaluation company to evaluate the security, adding online safety prompt, educating customers on security and monitoring fake sites dynamically.
In recent years, CMBC E-banking has gained rapid development. In particular, this year’s E-banking trading volume has exceeded that of the previous years. Besides, it has performed outstandingly in many appraisal activities, such as the “Excellent Personal E-banking Service” awarded by Sohu, “Most Trustworthy E-banking by Netizens” organized by SINA, “Best Chinese E-banking in Risk Prevention” and “The Safest E-banking Secured by Third Party Digital ID” at 2008 China E-banking Annual Conference.
