Notice of CMBC on the Upgrading and Adjusting of VIP Value-Added Service System

Distinguished clients of CMBC:
Thank you for your sustained concern and support of China Minsheng Banking Corporate Limited. Since its launching in 2004, "Minsheng VIP 3+N Service System" has been well recognized by the majority of CMBC VIP clients. To provide you with VIP value-added services of even higher quality, CMBC plans to add two value-added services, i.e., National Automobile Roadside Assistance and VIP at Railway Station, on the basis of the original "3+N" VIP service system, upgrading it to a "5+N" VIP service system. In the meantime, the original VIP at Airport is offered in a different way and its reservation included into the platform of "Extraordinary Points", so as to provide clients with VIP value-added services that are more comprehensive, richer in content, and higher in quality.
Relevant matters are announced as follows:
I. Adding two value-added services: National Automobile Roadside Assistance and VIP at Railway Station
Besides the former three value-added services, i.e., VIP at Airport, Medical and Health Service, Golf Club, National Automobile Roadside Assistance and VIP at Railway Station are newly included, thus fully upgrading the original "3+N VIP Service System" to "5+N VIP Service System" (Please refer to Annex 1 for details of the system).
(I) Adding "National Automobile Roadside Assistance"
1. Service scope
Holders of CMBC Diamond Card, Gold Card, and Silver Card up to the standard have access to the service without limitation on license plates or times of use, under the condition that Minsheng VIP shows Minsheng VIP debit card personally at automobile assistance spot before receiving services (Note: Identity card or driving license of Minsheng VIP himself/herself are available in case that his/her Minsheng VIP card is not taken along).
