CMBC Publishes Quarter Report, Profit up 46.63% over Same Period Last Year

According to the First Quarter Report published by CMBC, its total profit reached 1.105264 billion, a growth of 46.63% over the same period of the last year. The shareholder’s equity is 20.395252 billion, an increase of 5.62% compared with the end of last year.

The major financial targets indicates that proceed of each diluted share is 0.11, increased by 10%; net asset of each share is 2.01 rising by 5.79% over the end of last year; the return on net worth after deduction of non-recurring P&L is 5.41% which increased by 0.74 percent.

The announcement notes that the pre-tax deduction for taxable salaries of 2006 has been approved by the State Tax Administration, and this policy will be implemented in this year and such a policy will have an influence on the net profit growth of the reporting period by 34%.
