Initially CMBC hoped to solve the problem of capital adequacy ratio through issuing H shares, but the regulatory commission hopes CMBC to be the first bank to initiate stock reform; it would be more difficult if issuing H shares before stock reform, CMBC hence decided to complete stock reform before issuing H shares.  　　

Next CMBC will be focused on going international, which will be reflected on two layers – first, its business and organization go international, including setting up overseas operations; second, its shareholder structure and financing platform go international, including issuing H shares. The company will complete financing for overseas listing and reinforce its capital actively, opening overseas branch as soon as possible, actively extending overseas businesses, gradually going to the international market.
