By the closing of September 28, 2007, 3,999,332,000 yuan of “Minsheng CB (100016)” issued by our corporation have been converted into the shares “CMBC (600016)” issued by our corporation. In the current quarter, 10,040 of shares have been converted, and the total number of converted shares is 1,616,587,569 (including given increased shares), accounting for 11.16% of the total equity of our corporation; 668,000 yuan of “Minsheng CB” has not been converted to shares, accounting for 0.017% of the issued total. According to the “Share Listing Rules of Shanghai Securities Exchange”, we disclose the specific conditions as follows:
