Our corporation will leverage the trust business platform of SITI to enrich our means to manage assets and liabilities, to improve our asset-liability structure; meanwhile, construct a comprehensive financial service system, further stabilize and develop client resources, enrich and develop financial products variety, help our corporation to develop intermediary business, expand our profit sources and channels, improve our integrated competitiveness and corporate value. The strategic cooperation will enable SITI to expand business scale and heighten profitability, and our corporation is also expected to get good returns on investment.

VI. Risk Analysis on External Investment

The non-public issuance of SITI and our subscription still need to be approved by relevant authorities. There still exist multiple uncertain factors concerning the subscription. The board of directors of our corporation reminds the investor to be prudent over this matter.
