Some media released a piece of news on October 10, 2007 titled “Minsheng Bank Expected to Be Listed in London”, reporting that “Minsheng Bank is expect to be listed in London next year, and Minsheng plans to raise at least USD 2 billion.” Now our company clarifies the truth as follows:

Up until now the board of directors of our corporation has not discussed the matter on listing at London. The above-mentioned report is not a fact.

“Shanghai Stock”, “China Stock”, and “Securities Times” are the information disclosing publications designated by our corporation. The announcements and notices publicized on the aforesaid publications are the information authorized by our corporation. The investors are supposed to be aware of the risks and make rational investment.
