Important notice:
1. The number of the restricted shares to be listed is 46,410,000 shares.
2. The date of listing is July 30, 2008.
I. Additional issuance by private placement
As consented by the CSRC with its document of Zhengjian Faxing Zi [2007] No.7, the Bank issued 2,380,000,000 A shares by private placement on June 22, 2007. On April 7, 2008, the Bank adopted the 2007 distribution plan, in which a 20% bonus and a 10% right issue were distributed to each share outstanding, causing the following increase in the number of restricted shares held:
