Announcement on the Resolution of the 19th Meeting of the 4th Session BOD

The 19^th meeting of the 4^th Session BOD of the Bank was convened by the means of mail voting. The voting deadline was July 26 and the meeting notice and relevant documents were sent by emails on July 16, 2008. All 18 voting forms sent to directors were collected. The meeting complied with the rules and regulations under the Company Law and the Articles of Association and the resolutions made were legal and effective.

The meeting reviewed and passed the Resolution on the Summary Report on the Improvement Actions following the Special Corporate Governance Programs.

Voting result: Affirmative: 18 votes; Negative: 0 vote; Abstention: 0 vote.
