Announcement on the Business Opening of Changsha Branch

On August 15, 2008, the Bank received, from the Hunan Bureau of the CBRC, the Reply on Approving the Business Opening of Changsha Branch of the Bank (Xiang Yinjian Fu [2008] No. 264), which consented the Changsha Branch of the Bank to start its business operations. The Changsha Branch will formally open after going through relevant procedures as required.
