Announcement on the Resolutions of the 12th Meeting of the 4th Session BOS

The 12^th meeting of the 4^th session BOS of the Bank was convened by the means of mail voting. The voting deadline was September 15, 2008 and the meeting notices were sent out via emails and mails on September 5, 2008. All 9 voting forms were collected. The meeting complied with the rules and regulations under the Company Law, the Articles of Association and the Meeting Rules for the BOS.

The meeting reviewed and passed the following resolutions:

1. Resolution on the Working Code for Special Examination and Inspections of the BOS (Revised)

Voting result: Affirmative: 9 votes; Negative: 0 vote; Abstention: 0 vote.

2. Resolution on the Provisional Administrative Measures on Hiring Intermediary Institutions for the BOS

Voting result: Affirmative: 9 votes; Negative: 0 vote; Abstention: 0 vote.
