Announcement on CBRC’s Approval on the Bank’s Participation in Stock Issuance by Private Placement by Shaanxi International Trust& Investment Corp., Ltd.

        On March 28, 2008, the Bank received the Reply of China Banking Regulatory Commission on Approving Issues Concerning the Capital Increase of Shaanxi International Trust& Investment Corp., Ltd. (Yinjian Fu [2008] No.103) forwarded by Shaanxi International Trust& Investment Corp., Ltd., approving the Bank to subscribe 143 million shares of Shaanxi International Trust& Investment Corp., Ltd., or a share ratio of 26.56%. The stock issuance by private placement by Shaanxi International Trust& Investment Corp., Ltd. is subject to approval of the CSRC.
