Announcement on the Opening of Zhengzhou Branch of the Bank

In its Reply on the Approval of Business Opening of Zhengzhou Branch of China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. (Yu Yinjian Fu [2008] No.125), Henan Banking Regulatory Bureau of China Banking Regulatory Commission approved the business opening of Zhengzhou Branch of the Bank. The Zhengzhou Branch will complete the relevant procedures in compliance with the relating requirements and start operation on June 19, 2008.
