Announcement on the Resolution of the 14th Meeting of the 4th Session BOS

The 14^th meeting of the 4^th session Board of Supervisors of the Bank was convened in Beijing on January 15, 2009. The meeting was presided by Chief Supervisor Huang Diyan, with all 9 supervisors’ participation (8 in person, while Lu Zhongnan entrusted Qiao Zhimin in written form to execute his voting right). The meeting complied with the rules and regulations under the Company Law and the Articles of Association and the resolution made through voting was legal and effective.

The meeting reviewed and passed the Resolution on the 2009 Work Plan of the BOS.

Voting result: Affirmative: 9 votes; Negative: 0 vote; Abstention: 0 vote.
