As approved by the Ningbo branch of the CBRC with its Reply on Approving the Business Opening of Cixi Minsheng Rural Banking Corp., Ltd. (Yong Yinjian Fu [2008] No.439), the Bank consented the business opening of Cixi Minsheng Rural Banking Corp., Ltd. and approved its Articles of Association. The registered capital of Cixi Minsheng Rural Bank is RMB 10 million. Cixi Minsheng Rural Banking Corp., Ltd. will launch its operations on December 30, 2008.
