1. Time of the nomination
1) Shareholders satisfying the nomination conditions and registered before the closing in the afternoon of February 24, 2009 have the right to submit proposal for candidates.
 
2) Time for nomination: February 24 to March 5, 2009. Deadline: 17:00, March 5, 2009.
 
3) Mailing address: Office of the Board of Supervisors, No.2 Fuxingmennei Avenue, Xicheng District, Beijing 100031, China.

4) The nomination documents only can be accepted by delivery in person or mail. For delivery in person, documents should be submitted to the appointed contact person before 17:00 on March 5, 2009. For mail, documents should be mailed to the appointed contact person before 17:00 on March 5, 2009.
 
2. Main contents of proposal 
1) Original of candidate nomination letter, including:
(1) Shareholder nominor’s name, card number of the shareholder’s account, number of shares held, and contact telephone number;
 
(2) Nominee’s name, proposed position (shareholder supervisor or external supervisor), working experience, and family relationship, etc.
 
2) Commitment and statement of the candidate.
 
3) The proposal of external supervisor should also include the statements of the nominor and the candidate.
 
Voting result: Affirmative: 9 votes; Negative: 0 vote; Abstention: 0 vote.
