Announcement on CBRC’s Approval of the Business Opening of Hefei Branch

On February 24, 2009, The Bank received, from Anhui Bureau of the CBRC, the Reply on Approving the Business Opening of Hefei Branch of the Bank (Wan Yinjian Fu [2009] No. 25), which approved the Hefei Branch of the Bank to start its business operations, the address of which is: No.135, Tianqing Building, Haozhou Ave., Hefei. It is also approved the qualifications of Ye Jun, Zhang Shaoxin and Feng Shaoying as Executive Vice President, Vice President and Assistant President of the Branch, respectively.
