Announcement on the Election of Staff Supervisors of the 5th Session BOS

The Board of Supervisors received the Report Concerning the Result of the Democracy Election of Staff Supervisors from the Work Committee of the Trade Union of the Bank, stating that 3 staff supervisors of the 5th session BOS of the Bank have been elected, namely (in random order):

Qiao Zhimin, Chen Jinzhong and Wang Lei.

Biographies:

Mr. Qiao Zhimin was born in 1952. He is the Deputy Chief Supervisor of the 4th session BOS of the Bank.

Mr. Qiao was the chief of Finance and Accounting Department of the CBRC, a team leader of the Regulation Team of for the ICBC, PBOC and deputy director-general of the Regulatory Department I of the PBOC, an assistant inspector and deputy director-general of the Accounting Department of the PBOC, the deputy general manager of the General Planning Department of the BOC Head Office, a division director, assistant managing director and deputy managing director of the BOC Luxemburg Branch, the deputy division director of the Accounting Department of BOC Head Office.

Mr. Qiao is a Master and a senior accountant.

Mr. Chen Jinzhong was born in 1960. He is the Managing Director of the Beijing Branch, and a supervisor of the 4^th session BOS of the Bank.

Mr. Chen was previously a director, deputy director, assistant director, and a division director of the Executive Office of the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, he was a deputy managing director of the PBOC Baoding Branch, a director of the General Office, an associate professor, deputy director of the Finance Department of the PBOC Baoding Finance College, and a teacher of Hebei Banking School.

Mr. Chen is a Ph.D in economics, a senior economist and associate professor.

Ms. Wang Lei was born in 1961. She is a credit officer of the Eastern China Credit Appraisal Center and a supervisor of the 4th session BOS of the Bank.

Ms. Wang was a special commissioner for Beijing of the Credit Appraisal Department, the general manager of Shixi Sub-branch of Shanghai Branch, the general manager of the Risk Department of Shanghai Branch, the assistant general manager of Hongqiao Sub-branch and Huangpu Sub-branch of Shanghai Branch, a deputy section chief of the Internal Audit Department of Shanghai Branch of the Bank. Before joining the Bank, she was a section chief of the Credit Department of the Bank of Communications Urumqi Branch, and a lecturer of Xinjiang Business School.
Ms. Wang is a Master and an economist.
