Announcement on CBRCs Approval of the Business Opening of Nanchang Branch

On May 5, 2009, the Bank received from Jiangxi Bureau of the CBRC the Reply on Approving the Business Opening of Nanchang Branch of the Bank (Gan Yinjian Fu [2009] No. 103), which approved the Nanchang Branch of the Bank to start its business operations, the address of which is: Level 1-4, Huaxin Hotel, No.237, Xiangshanbei Road, Nanchang. It is also approved the qualifications of Wu Jiangtao as Executive Vice President, Ding Chenghui as Vice President, and Dou Jie and Li Fei as Assistant President of the Branch.
