Announcement on Completion of Equity Disposal of Haitong Securities

As of June 22, 2009, the Bank has sold an aggregate number of 380,914,014 shares of Haitong Securities at an average price of RMB 14.33. Till then, the Bank has completed the disposal of equities it held with Haitong Securities.
