Announcement on CSRC’s Acceptance of Administrative License Application for CMBC’s H Share IPO

On August 18, 2009, the Bank received the Notice on Accepting the Administrative License Application (No. 090917) from the CSRC, which stated that the CSRC reviewed the application materials for the administrative license for the Bank’s overseas listed foreign shares, and recognized completeness and compliance of the materials, and decided to accept the application.
