(V) To Be Noted
1、No limits on the age, region or occupation of the participants, but work must be original cartoon artwork not published on other media before, and no advertisement or commercial content or any external links to be included.
2、The participants agree that the organizer has the right to use their artwork, and the organize can add relevant publicity elements to the work if needed for promotion, and display and disseminate the participating work via any form, and need not to pay any compensation to the author.
3、During the period of the contest (the participating month), the participants shall not transfer or license the participating work to any third party, and the participants agree to assume full responsibility for the disputes resulting from any violation of the aforesaid, and indemnify the organizer from any such loss.
4、All personal information provided by the participants during the contest process will be only used for appraisal and selection, and the organizer will keep confidential the involved personal privacy according to the user secrecy terms. At the same time, the participants must guarantee that the provided information is truthful and credible.
5、China UnionPay Co., Ltd, the organizer, has final interpretation right for all contents related to this contest.

VII. Appraisal Rules and Organization
All participating artwork shall be uploaded through network before the deadline, and the United Publicity Leadership Team of China UnionPay will make final selection for the participating work.

Personal income tax to be handled by the participants themselves. List of Winners will be published on the website of China UnionPay in early November 2007.
Note: all works are appraised according to workload and quality, regardless of category.
